ワイヤーシステムを線から面、面から点へ。

The spatial design of Arakawa Grip using the wires from the wire systems manufacturer, Arakawa & Co., Ltd., basically hangs wires and objects both horizontally and vertically.
Changing the axis of the wire and hanging it diagonally, the design presents possibility of the hanging pictures and objects in various different angles, including people looking down on them. Applying weak electricity from a touch sensor to the wire enabled the wire hanging the objects to be used as a switch. New possibilities are presented, such as suspended objects start moving and the colors of the lighting change.

JAPAN SHOP2015での荒川技研工業のブースデザイン。
イマジネーションを刺激し、その美しさを体感することでワイヤーシステムに秘めらている無限の可能性を演出した。
全ての空間は点・線・面で構成されている。その空間のあり方を目の錯覚を持って体感する。
点を結ぶことで線を。線を集合させることで面へ、面の軸を変えることで3次元の面へ。面にアクリルをつける事で点へ。

ニュートラルな空間は、波のようであり、ネットのようでもある。
ワイヤーシステムはセンサーを組み込むことで、スイッチにも姿を変える。
ワイヤーに触ることで照明の色が変わると、アクリルは魚が泳ぐようでもあり、トンボが飛ぶようにも見える。
